    Can I reserve spots in advance for my group?

        Yes! You can reserve camp spots in advance by paying a $100 deposit per spot. Churches must fill these spots with a student or leader registration by the registration deadline.

    What happens if we don’t fill our reserved spots?

        If spots are not filled with a student or leader registration by the deadline, the spots will be released, and the deposit will be credited to the church’s overall balance.

    When is the final registration deadline?

        The final registration deadline depends on the week you are registering for. Refer to the detailed deadlines for early, regular, late, and on-site registrations. Late registrations must be approved before arrival due to limited space.

Frequently Asked Questions

    Can I register my student on-site if I miss the registration deadline?

        Yes, on-site registration is available based on availability, but it must be confirmed by contacting Aubrey Guerrero at youth@gadistag.org. Please note that on-site registration costs more and is subject to space limitations.

    Is there a deposit required for registration?

        Yes, each registration requires a $100 non-refundable deposit. This deposit is due at the time of registration, with the remaining balance due before the event.

    Can I register a group or multiple participants at once?

        Yep! You can register a group by filling out the online registration form for each participant and paying the required deposit for each spot. Make sure to register your group by the appropriate deadline to secure your spots.
