Yes! You can reserve camp spots in advance by paying a $50 deposit per spot. Churches must fill these spots with a student or leader registration by the registration deadline.

If spots are not filled with a student or leader registration by the deadline, the spots will be released, and the deposit will be credited to the church’s overall balance.

The final registration deadline depends on the week you are registering for. Refer to the detailed deadlines for on-time, late, and final registrations. Final registrations must be approved before arrival due to limited space.

All adult non-credentialed ministers with the Assemblies of God who will be staying overnight at Timber Lake, participating in camp activities, or visiting for any length of time are required to fill out an AVF.

Any guardians who are dropping off or picking up their child from Timber Lake will not be required to have an AVF on file. Please see the designated tab about drop-off/pick-up details. 

Yes, we allow campers or leaders to arrive late or leave early from camp. Attendees will be responsible for the full cost of camp, no matter the duration of attendance.

Campers are not permitted to drive themselves to Timber Lake. We require a parent/guardian to transport them to or from Timber Lake when arriving late or leaving early. 

Written permission and a signature from the parent/guardian are required for drop-off/pick-up. Upon arrival, the parent/guardian must check in at the cafeteria, present their ID, and be escorted at all times by a designated Georgia Youth Ministries Team Member. 

Leaders may drive themselves if arriving late or leaving early from Timber Lake. Check-in is required upon arrival, and check-out is required when leaving. All cars must be parked in the designated parking lot and remain there for the duration of your week of camp.

Yes, on-site registration is available based on availability, but it must be confirmed by contacting Aubrey Guerrero at youth@gadistag.org. Please note that on-site registration costs more and is subject to space limitations.

Yep! You can register a group by filling out the online registration form for each participant and paying the required deposit for each spot. Make sure to register your group by the appropriate deadline to secure your spots.
